Yehudah Buchweitz represents plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of complex disputes and counseling engagements, including breach of contract, antitrust, fraud, real estate, bankruptcy, consumer class action, First Amendment, “business divorce,” and right of publicity/copyright matters. He regularly litigates in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts and in international and domestic commercial arbitrations. His litigation and consulting practice focuses on three main industries: media & entertainment (including sports), life sciences, and private investment.
