His experience covers a wide variety of industries, including aviation, shipping, new energy, real estate, electricity, manufacturing, automobile, machinery, construction, petrochemical, and financial services.

-Acting as legal counsel for various foreign lessors (including ACG, AerCap, BBAM, Nomura Babcock & Brown Co., Ltd., PK AirFinance, BOC Aviation, RBS Aerospace, CALC, Macquarie Air Finance Ltd., ILFC, Avolon, GAAM, Air Lease Corporation， Waypoint Leasing etc.) in their operating leases of aircraft and helicopters with Chinese airlines and general aviation operators.

-Acting as legal counsel for various Chinese leasing companies in their purchase, leasing and financing of aircraft, corporate jets, engines and aircraft materials and acquisition of aircraft portfolio.

-Acting as legal counsel for various Chinese airlines in their purchase, leasing, lease novation, financing, disposal of aircraft, engines and aircraft materials.

-Acting as legal counsel for various Chinese enterprises in their purchase, financing, leasing, management of corporate jets.

-Acting as legal counsel for China Development Bank Hainan Branch in the financing of certain container vessels for Hong Kong SPVs set up by HNA Group.

-Acting as legal counsel for Bank of China Financial Leasing in its ship financial lease with Chongqing Changjiang golden cruise Co., Ltd.

-Acting as legal counsel for Minsheng Financial Leasing in its foreign ship leasing assets securitization project.

-Acting as legal counsel for ICBC in the cross-border acquisition financing for State Grid acquisition of Chile target company.

-Acting as legal counsel for China Minsheng Bank in the cross-border acquisition financing for Jamestrong acquisition of New Zealand and Australian target company.

-Acting as legal counsel for China Construction Bank in the cross-border acquisition financing for certain land acquisition transaction in Indonesia.

-Acting as legal counsel for JA Solar in syndicated financing with ICBC in Vietnam.

-Acting as legal counsel for many banks and leasing companies in their application for creditor’s rights on the bankruptcy and reorganization of Hainan Airlines
