Mr. YANG has many years of experience on Aviation finance, Banking and finance, Cross-border investment and project finance, Cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Construction, Litigation and arbitration. He has served as the leading counsel for a number of landmark cross-border aviation finance and project finance transactions. His experience covers a wide variety of industries, including aviation, shipping, new energy, real estate, electricity, manufacturing, automobile, machinery, construction, petrochemical, and financial services.

Mr. YANG joined DeHeng Law Offices as a partner in 2022. Before joined DeHeng, he worked in Central Research Institute of Building and Construction, MCC Group as In-House counsel, Beijing Global Law Office as Associate and JunHe LLP as Senior Associate respectively. He has rich experience on aviation finance, banking and finance, litigation and arbitration, construction, cross-border investment and project finance, cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Acting as legal counsel for various foreign lessors (including ACG, AerCap, BBAM, Nomura Babcock & Brown Co., Ltd., PK AirFinance, BOC Aviation, RBS Aerospace, CALC, Macquarie Air Finance Ltd., ILFC, Avolon, GAAM, Air Lease Corporation， Waypoint Leasing etc.) in their operating leases of aircraft and helicopters with Chinese airlines and general aviation operators.
