Yanning Yang

Ms. Yang has more than 15 years of experience in cross-border investment and project finance, cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), aviation and shipping, banking and finance, litigation and arbitration, bankruptcy. She has served as the leading counsel for a number of landmark cross-border investment and project finance transactions. Her experience covers a wide variety of industries, including aviation, shipping, real estate, electricity, manufacturing, automobile, machinery, new energy, petrochemical, technology, international trade and financial services.

Ms. Yang joined DeHeng Law Offices as a partner in 2022. Before joining DeHeng, she worked in Supreme People's Court of the PRC, Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP (Hong Kong Office), and JunHe LLP respectively for more than ten years. She has rich experience in cross-border investment and project finance, cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Aviation and shipping, banking and finance, litigation and arbitration.

Cross-Boarder Finance and Project Finance

Acting as legal counsel for the lenders of the syndicated loan (including Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, China Construction Bank, Agricultural Bank of China Limited, Bank of China Limited and Bank of Communications Co., Ltd.) in the financing of a Propylene Oxide and Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether Project developed by a joint venture company between Sinopec and Huntsman.

Acting as legal counsel for the lenders of the syndicated loan (including Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Bank of China Limited, Agricultural Bank of China Limited, China Construction Bank Limited and Sinopec Finance Co. Ltd.) in the financing of a world class Cumene and Phenol/Acetone complex as well as related utilities developed by a joint venture company between Sinopec and Ineos.

Acting as legal counsel for the Export-Import Bank of China Jiangsu Branch in the export credit financing for a Bangladesh stated-owned power generation company.
