Served as lead counsel for multiple M&A projects, including:

Asset acquisition by Beijing InfoSec Century via share issuance and cash payment;

Asset acquisition with supporting fundraising by Shanghai Haoyuan Pharma through share issuance and cash payment;

Exemption from mandatory tender offer for Zhonglu B by Shandong State-owned Investment Holding;

Equity acquisition of Xuanli Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection by Tianshun Wind Energy;

Acquisition of Haigao Communication by Wuxi Xinhongtai;

Acquisition of Urumqi 100MWp photovoltaic power generation project, Inner Mongolia Hangjin Rear Banner 30MWp & 20MWp photovoltaic power generation projects, and a 200MW wind power project in Gansu by Luneng New Energy Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of State Grid Corporation of China.

Private placement of RMB 800 million worth of shares by Zhongtong Bus;

Private placement of A-shares by Tianshun Wind Energy;

Public issuance of RMB 2 billion corporate bonds by Tianshun Wind Energy;

Public issuance of RMB 10.3 billion corporate bonds by China Eastern Airlines.
