With over 20 years of experience in the capital markets, he specializes in domestic and overseas IPOs, M&A, restructuring, financing, corporate compliance, and risk control. Having previously worked at a government agency and in investment banking at a securities firm, he is highly skilled in providing clients with flexible, customized, and integrated solutions, and has extensive experience in project management and coordination. He is currently a Managing Partner of Deheng Law Offices and Executive Director of Shanghai Office.
