Wang Xian'an holds a Bachelor of Economics in Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and an LLM from Renmin University of China. With over 20 years of experience in the capital markets, he specializes in domestic and overseas IPOs, M&A, restructuring, financing, corporate compliance, and risk control. Having previously worked at a government agency and in investment banking at a securities firm, he is highly skilled in providing clients with flexible, customized, and integrated solutions, and has extensive experience in project management and coordination. He is currently a Managing Partner of Deheng Law Offices and Executive Director of Shanghai Office.
