Mr. Yoon's main practice area is insurance and shipping. As an expert in corporate insurance and non-life insurance, Mr. Yoon demonstrates outstanding expertise in contentious advisory and litigation. His extensive experience includes multiple disputes, specifically in package insurance, construction all risks, erection all risks, export credit insurance, D&O, professional indemnity, recall insurance, cargo insurance.
Career
Mr. Yoon joined Lee & Ko in 2010 and is currently a partner lawyer in the Insurance & Reinsurance Group and the Shipping Group. He completed a master degree of insurance and shipping law at the University of Southampton from 2015 to 2016.
