Bill Ramsey represents a variety of clients in federal white-collar prosecutions, investigations and civil litigation including bank, health care, securities, intellectual property, tax and mail/wire fraud cases. He has a significant entertainment law practice representing artists and record labels in copyright infringement, contract disputes and other litigation matters. He is responsible for design, implementation and operation of technology systems for Neal & Harwell, PLC.

Bill Ramsey has always been interested in technical issues and applies that experience to the practice of law. He and his friend, Philip Hampton, started the "Bill and Phil Show." They travel to various organizations and trade shows to share the latest tech gadgets for work and entertainment. Bill also owns and operates his family’s farm in Viola, Tennessee, and he applies the wisdom he learned from his father and other farmers to all aspects of his life, including the practice of law.
Experience
Bill Ramsey is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, all federal and state courts in Tennessee, and many other federal circuit courts of appeals. He has an extensive civil jury trial experience which includes cases involving personal injury, business torts, computer and technology related issues, entertainment law, intellectual property and complex commercial transactions.
