Litigation & Dispute Resolution:
The firm’s national litigation practice offers deep bench strength in complex commercial, mass tort product liability, trade secrets, intellectual property, securities and white collar defense matters and a full suite of litigation support services through our Case Management Facility and BullDox and Medical and Scientific Solutions teams.

Banking & Finance:
The firm represents domestic and international financial institutions, borrowers, governmental entities and other providers and servicers of debt capital and financial services. This practice includes multi-state, multi-lender and multi-currency secured and unsecured financing transactions; real estate finance; convertible debt; subordinated debt and mezzanine financings; tax-advantaged financings; asset-based financings and public/private debt offerings; financial institution formation; mergers and acquisitions; tax credit and regulatory compliance issues; negotiating and structuring incentives; and public finance matters.

Corporate & Securities:
This practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital; securities offerings and securities regulation; fiduciary obligations and rights of directors and officers; company formation and syndication; and business contract negotiations.

Intellectual Property:
