Will is a partner in Taft’s Environmental group. He focuses his practice on environmental compliance and permitting; complex environmental litigation and permit appeals; managing environmental remediation projects; and advising clients on environmental due diligence. Will routinely advises clients involved in traditional and alternative energy production; petroleum refining; biogas production; solid and hazardous waste collection, processing, and recycling; public and private water and wastewater utility services; medical devise manufacturing; and automobile and auto parts manufacturing, among others.
