Career

Hilary Morgan grew up in the construction industry, and has used that experience to influence her construction law practice. She is board certified in construction law through the Florida Bar. Hilary represents contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers, architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers. She assists clients with all matter of issues including liens, surety bonds, contracts, delay, construction defects, bid protests, licensing, and other issues.

Hilary is highly involved in the construction and roofing industry, serving as General Counsel to the National Women in Roofing trade association. She is also the past associate director for the Suncoast Utility Contractors Association.
