He acts as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, issuer’s counsel, and borrower’s counsel in transactions totaling more than $12 billion nationwide.
Additionally, Tyler represents underwriters, developers, owners, managers, and operators in multi-purpose sports facilities financing transactions. He regularly serves as outside general counsel for start-ups, early-stage, and emerging growth companies in the technology, social media, blockchain, and cryptocurrency industries.
