Acted for LSG Asia GmbH in their acquisition and subsequent disposal of their stake in Brahim’s LSG Sky Chefs Holdings Sdn. Bhd., the holding company of the airline catering unit LSG Sky Chefs-Brahim’s Sdn. Bhd.

Acted for Dongwha Group (Korea) is a series of acquisitions making Dongwha one of the largest MDF manufacturer in the world.

Acted for Sapura Petroleum Berhad in their acquisition of Clough’s marine construction business in Australia, Singapore, the UK and the US.

Acted for Sapura Resources Berhad in their acquisition and development of a prime piece of real estate in KLCC, and their joint venture with KLCC Holdings Sdn Bhd. Acted for FASTrack Autosport Pte. Ltd. in a joint venture with UEM Land Berhad to develop Motorsport City in Iskandar Malaysia.

Advised on loan and security documents for a facility granted to NGC Energy Sdn. Bhd. (a joint venture between the National Gas Company (S.A.O.G) and Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad). The facility was to finance the acquisition of Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn. Bhd.’s Liquefied Petroleum Gas business and assets.
