Victor Polizelli

Victor Polizelli is a partner in the Tax Law department with focused expertise in Tax Consulting, primarily in Corporate Taxes, International Taxation, and Transfer Pricing.

Additionally, Victor Polizelli serves as a Professor of Tax Law in the complete Master's program and postgraduate courses at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law – IBDT, one of the most prestigious research and education centers in tax law in the country. He also teaches in the MBA courses at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

Victor is the Coordinator of the LLM in International Tax Law at IBDT, a course organized with the participation of both foreign and Brazilian professors.

Furthermore, Victor holds a degree in accounting, which, combined with his profound knowledge of Brazilian and international tax legislation regarding Income Tax, positions him as a key figure in corporate restructuring, corporate transactions (M&A), real estate development projects, and international tax planning.
