Senior Associate at Diez Canseco Abogados. She has extensive experience in consumer protection and unfair competition matters, with a special emphasis on advertising matters. Her practice also involves a vision on personal data and intellectual property.

In this context, she has provided consulting, procedures, and compliance advice to companies in many industries, including food, sanitary, pharmaceutical, aeronautical, banking, insurance and more.

She has previously worked at leading peruvian firms such as Rubio, Leguia, Normand; Berninzon y Benavides Abogados; and Fernández-Dávila Abogados.

She holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). She has also taken courses in the Master's Program in Intellectual Property and Competition Law at PUCP. As additional studies, she has completed the “Intellectual Property Program” offered by the World Intellectual Property Organization; the “Specialization Program in Consumer Protection” offered by the “Universidad del Pacífico”; and the Diplomas in “Competition Law”, “Law in the Public Health System" and "Legal Regime for the Protection of Personal Data” from the ESAN University Specialization Program.
