Additionally, has an extensive experience in telecom market regulation and competition, which is highly recognized by our clients.

Previous positions include Senior Associate of the Muiz, Ramrez, Pérez-Taiman & Olaya Abogados department of Competition Law, Telecommunications, and Data Privacy and Senior Lawyer at the Tribunal of INDECOPI. Additionally, worked at OSIPTEL as a legal analyst for the Technical Secretariat of the Tribunal for Disputes between Telecom Operators.

Holds a Master in Economics and Consumer Law degree from the Universidad de Castilla La Mancha and a Master in Public Service Regulation by the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Part-time professor of Telecommunications Law and Antitrust Law at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos Law School. Part-time professor of Consumer Protection in Telecommunications as well as Unfair Competition Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Also teaches antitrust law at the Univeridad Continental Master in Law Program.

The definitions of "Refuse to Deal" and "Technology Transfer," which are a part of the First Global Dictionary of Competition Law released by Concurrences, were recently written by him. June 2022.
