During her 29-year professional career, Fabiola Capurro, Head of the Environmental Law Practice at Diez Canseco Abogados, has distinguished herself through her extensive expertise in environmental law, developed across both the public and private sectors. She is widely recognized for her strong business leadership and commitment to sustainable and responsible practices.

In the course of her professional practice, she has led and promoted initiatives aimed at environmental responsibility, including the successful offsetting of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for the years 2021, 2022, and 2023, in collaboration with the Center for Conservation, Research and Management of Natural Areas (CIMA), an organization dedicated to the conservation of the Cordillera Azul National Park (PNCA).

Publications

Throughout her professional practice, Fabiola Capurro has promoted and led environmental responsibility initiatives, including the offsetting of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for a second consecutive year for the 2022 reporting period.

Additionally, these initiatives included the implementation, for the second consecutive year, of the first level of the Ministry of the Environment (MINAM) Carbon Footprint Platform for the measurement of GHG emissions for the 2022 period.

She has also fostered strategic alliances with organizations such as RECIDAR, further strengthening circular economy and environmental management practices.
