Piero is a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property department at Diez Canseco Abogados. He has over 10 years of experience advising national and international clients in Intellectual Property, Copyright, Competition, and Consumer Protection matters.

He is recognized for his ability to translate complex legal concepts and legislation into clear and concise strategies tailored to each client’s needs. His dual knowledge of both the public and private spheres of Intellectual Property allows him to provide accurate advice, design effective action plans, and empathize with the challenges faced by businesses in different industries.

Experience

Piero has developed extensive expertise in trademark prosecution and litigation, copyright disputes, unfair competition, and consumer law. He regularly assists clients in the design of legal strategies, handling oppositions, cancellations, and infringement actions.

Beyond his legal practice, Piero has lectured on Intellectual Property at Giramos, an academy for music artists, and has been a speaker at the event “Intellectual Property: A Modern Guide to Add Value to Your Business”, organized by the Peruvian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
