Tzen is the National Practice Group Leader of the Real Estate group, and a member of the Firm’s Construction Law, Securitization, and Asia groups. Tzen maintains a general real estate practice, with a particular emphasis on real estate financings (including private placements (mortgage bonds), credit tenant financings, syndicated bank facilities, project financing and commercial mortgage lending), acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, property development and commercial leasing (including solar panel rooftop leases).
