Tsouriel Picard is a senior partner and co-head of Herzog Fox & Neeman’s Real Estate Department. With over 18 years of experience, Tsouriel is widely recognised as a leading authority in real estate and construction law in Israel.

Tsouriel specialises in advising clients on a broad range of real estate transactions, including complex residential developments, large-scale commercial and construction ventures, multi-party combination agreements, and urban renewal projects. His practice also covers the drafting and negotiation of lease agreements, purchase and sale contracts, and development agreements between contractors, suppliers, and property owners.

He regularly advises Israel’s top real estate companies on the legal and commercial aspects of marketing and leasing major commercial properties, including shopping centres and business parks. In addition, Tsouriel counsels corporations from diverse industries on strategic real estate acquisitions, disposals, and leasing arrangements for both commercial and residential use.
