Tristan handles matters involving trade secrets and confidential information, employee mobility and restrictive covenants (including non-competes and non-solicits), financial products and commercial service agreements. He has litigated these issues extensively for fintech companies, insurance and financial services firms, and food and beverage manufacturers.

He also represents clients in shareholder and corporate governance disputes across a range of industries, including law firms, financial institutions, manufacturers and real estate companies, advising majority and minority owners as well as parties in matters involving receivers and referees.

Tristan is a results-focused counselor and trial attorney who approaches each matter by working with clients early to define their desired outcome and align legal strategy with business goals.
