David J Murray

David’s practice primarily involves counseling business entities. He concentrates in acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate finance, corporate governance, public and private securities offerings, private equity and venture capital investments, and other business transactions. He is also a member of the firm’s Health Care and Life Sciences Industry Team.

Joined firm in 1986. After 30 years as a partner in the firm, Dave has transitioned to the role of Senior Counsel and remains actively involved in the firm's corporate transactional and business counseling practice.
