He concentrates in acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate finance, corporate governance, public and private securities offerings, private equity and venture capital investments, and other business transactions. He is also a member of the firm’s Health Care and Life Sciences Industry Team.
Joined firm in 1986. After 30 years as a partner in the firm, Dave has transitioned to the role of Senior Counsel and remains actively involved in the firm's corporate transactional and business counseling practice.
