Tracy is head of our Injury division, and a partner specialising in complex personal injury and medical negligence cases of maximum severity, especially paediatric claims.
Tracy is so interested in medicine that she has been appointed a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine. Based in our Oxford office, Tracy represents clients across the country.
Tracy understands the damaging effect of injury on the entire family and she appreciates the importance of achieving the right level of compensation, as well as making sure it lasts her clients for their lifetime. She has specialised in personal injury and clinical negligence catastrophic claims since 1989 and has successfully recovered damages in excess of £50m for her clients.
Tracy is independently recognised as a “Leader in her field” in the areas of both personal injury and clinical negligence law by legal directories Chambers & Partners UK and The Legal 500 UK. Chambers sources state she “takes on a trusted adviser role for clients and is actively involved in the situation to make sure all needs are covered.” The Legal 500 has described her as a “skillful and empathic communicator” who is “extremely knowledgeable and committed to her clients“, the latest edition stating: “Stand out partner is Tracy Norris-Evans – high levels of professionalism and care when undertaking her duties. Clients and their families trust her – she is, for many, a lifelong companion.”
