James is a Partner and Head of our Corporate team.
He specialises in domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, corporate structures and group reorganisations. James has extensive experience working with corporates, founders and management teams and is recommended in both Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500.
Relevant experience:
- advising the shareholders of chemicals manufacturer and distributor Monarch Chemicals on the sale of the Monarch Group to DAX-listed Brenntag;
- advising the shareholders of self-storage and office space provider Kent Space on the sale of the Kent Space portfolio companies to Hines;
- advising construction, development and facilities management company Lancer Scott on the restructuring of its group;
- advising French pharmaceutical group Fareva on its sale of BCM Specials; and
- advising the shareholders of global marketing company Hybrid on a £13m investment from LDC.
