Jon Toogood

He is an accredited specialist with Resolution in matrimonial advocacy and pensions and a trained Collaborative lawyer.

He has been independently recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners UK legal directories as an 'Eminent Practitioner' and "an outstanding family lawyer", having been described as "top drawer and super because he puts his clients’ interests to the fore while remaining open and honest" (Legal 500). Jon 'handles matrimonial finance issues in the context of divorce cases, and is a skilled arbitrator and collaborative lawyer. In March 2013 Jon qualified as a Family Arbitrator and was admitted to the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. This means that he is now qualified to arbitrate Family disputes between parties; he is a keen advocate of this process which is another form of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
