Career

Katherine is head of the Bath Children (Private Law) and Domestic Abuse Team.

Having qualified in 2005, she is an experienced family solicitor who specialises in complex cases involving children as well as cases involving domestic abuse.

Katherine represents parents, grandparents and other family members as well, as children both directly and via Children’s Guardians. Katherine is an Accredited Resolution Specialist who has been ranked in both Chambers and the Legal 500.

- Children.

- Child Arrangement Orders relating to living and contact arrangements, parental responsibility, Specific Issue Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders.

- Internal relocation and leave to remove from the jurisdiction. Jurisdictional issues.

- Domestic abuse and violence – Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders.

- Advising whilst individuals are engaging with mediation.

- Advising and representing individuals throughout the Court process.
