Torben advises private equity funds, industrial and other clients on business and technology transfers, primarily in the information technology and telecom sector, and works with regulatory issues in respect of telecommunication, including competition law aspects, and with telecommunication and information technology agreements such as licence and outsourcing agreements and their competition law impact. He is experienced in dispute resolution and international joint ventures and is a certified IT mediator.
