Mr. Ostrander represents individuals and entities in complex matters primarily involving disputes with the Internal Revenue Service including examinations, appeals, litigation and collections. He also defends individuals charged with wrongdoing by government entities, both federal and state. In addition, he defends and prosecutes civil professional malpractice matters involving accountant and attorney negligence.
