Theodore M. Grossman

Ted Grossman, recognized on the short list of the nation’s top trial lawyers by Law360, Benchmark Litigation and The National Law Journal, has an unbroken, decades-long, nationwide record of victories in class actions and other aggregated litigation. He is often called upon to coordinate the defense for all defendants in challenged industries and to argue on the companies’ collective behalf at both the trial and appellate level.
