Ted Grossman, recognized on the short list of the nation’s top trial lawyers by Law360, Benchmark Litigation and The National Law Journal, has an unbroken, decades-long, nationwide record of victories in class actions and other aggregated litigation. He is often called upon to coordinate the defense for all defendants in challenged industries and to argue on the companies’ collective behalf at both the trial and appellate level. Ted’s practice also includes regulatory litigation, state attorney general litigation and high-profile commercial cases, in which Ted has represented both corporate plaintiffs and corporate defendants with equal and uniform success. Several of these cases have involved multi-billion dollar claims, many have attracted national and international media attention, and several have required the presentation or cross examination of corporate CEOs and corporate chairmen, often on highly contentious issues.
