Sunny Singh

Sunny Singh is Co-Chair of Weil’s Restructuring Department and a member of the Firm’s Management Committee. He leads all aspects of highly complex domestic and international restructuring matters. He advises debtors, creditors, boards of directors, sponsors, investors and other parties on some of the world’s most significant chapter 11 cases, liability management transactions, pre-packaged bankruptcies and out-of-court restructurings. Lead restructuring and liability management representations include: Finance of America; CWT Travel Holdings; Ruby Pipeline; Exide Holdings; Sears Holding Corporation; Ditech Holding Corporation; Fairway Group Holdings; Tops Supermarkets; and J.Crew.
