Sungwook Kim is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices in a wide range of litigation areas but primarily focuses on privacy, product liability, corporate litigation (civil & criminal), injunctive relief and labor relations litigation. Mr. Kim has extensive experience in dealing with various types of cases from his tenure as a judge for 15 years. He has experienced all the tasks of first trial, appellate trial and appeal by the Supreme Court of Korea. He also worked as a Senior Research Judge at the Supreme Court of Korea for two years (2012-2014) and is well informed of the procedures and know-how about dealing with cases at the Supreme Court level.
