Steven is the Head of the Litigation and Employment Team. He provides advice and support to a broad range of clients ranging from small businesses to large multinationals within the haulage and passenger carrying sectors and associated industries.

Recent work includes acting on an abuse of dominance complaint; leading a team to bring a ground-breaking follow-on damages action in the Competition Appeal Tribunal relating to the trucks cartel; representing bus operators seeking to recover unpaid sums from local governments and representing businesses in both Employment and Employment Appeal Tribunals.
