Successfully acted for the prosecution in Bird v Vehicle Inspectorate, case C235/94; Mahmood v Vehicle Inspectorate, 1988 (18WRTLB163, DC); Birkett & Naylor v Vehicle Inspectorate, (1998) RTR 264.
