He has wide experience in environmental litigation arising from enforcement, toxic tort and business-related claims. As a significant part of these engagements, he works closely with experts in a variety of professional fields. He routinely interacts with the Environmental Protection Agency in several regions and state environmental regulatory agencies in several states in matters relating to litigation, permitting, compliance orders and penalty orders. Additionally, he counsels lending and real estate institutions on such matters as environmental assessments, contractual arrangements and wetlands issues.
