Steve Griffin facilitates infrastructure initiatives across the United States. He works with investor-owned electric utilities, independent power producers, energy developers and energy services contractors to structure contracts and implement large-scale energy projects. With more than 20 years of experience in the electrical energy sector, Steve has a comprehensive understanding of the business and legal landscape.

 Steve has served in leadership roles for an array of cutting-edge renewable projects including large-scale battery storage projects, large-scale solar projects, wind power purchase arrangements, landfill-gas-to-energy projects, and reclaimed water projects enabling the recycling and beneficial reuse of hundreds of millions of gallons of municipal wastewater.

Steve also has substantial experience representing clients before the Florida Public Service Commission, the agency responsible for regulating electric, natural gas, water and wastewater utilities across Florida. His experience includes utility revenue requirement proceedings, utility territorial disputes, energy efficiency proceedings, including proceedings under the Florida Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act and administrative rulemaking proceedings.
