A partner in the Transport & Logistics team and lead partner for the CBP Foundation, Stephen provides legal services to the shipping, maritime, ports and supply chain industries.

Stephen's clients are among the leaders in the transport and logistics industry. He has extensive experience advising Australian and overseas cargo and passenger carriers, towage and salvage providers, logistics companies, port operators and government organisations. He has also worked with shipping specialists in London.

Stephen advises clients on business and asset acquisitions and disposals, regulatory issues, negotiation and drafting of contracts, carriage of goods and passengers by sea, air and land, ship arrest and admiralty.

Stephen was admitted to practice on 1 July 1985 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws.

Stephen is the Company Secretary of Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds Foundation Limited and Australian Logistics Council Limited. He is also a member and former director of the Maritime Law Association of Australia and New Zealand (MLAANZ), and a member of Aviation Law Association of Australia & New Zealand (ALAANZ), Legal Committee of Shipping Australia Limited, Marine Discussion Group and Supply Chain & Logistics Association of Australia. He regularly provides seminars on maritime law to the members of Maritime Industries Australia Limited.
