Patrick is a leading senior lawyer in the insurance industry, with extensive experience working with insurers and insureds on directors & officers, professional indemnity and coverage issues.

Patrick has worked in the area of insurance litigation in the UK and Australia for almost 30 years and is renowned for his measured advice to directors and officers in large claims, ASIC/ACCC investigations and prosecutions, and at Royal Commissions.

Regularly instructed by multi-national insurers on large high profile class actions and shareholder disputes, Patrick works with insurer and insured clients to help them resolve directors' and officers' and professional indemnity claims and coverage issues, particularly litigated claims against financial companies and professionals, and fraud and fidelity matters.

Patrick regularly presents seminars and papers to professional bodies and authors articles on key industry trends and developments in Financial Lines Insurance for clients, insurance publications and legal journals.

Patrick holds a Bachelor and Masters of Law and was admitted to practice in New South Wales in December 2001.
