Steve Gliatta is co-chair of the firm's Real Estate practice. He advises major financial institutions in connection with the origination of first mortgage debt, construction loans, mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments, as well as secondary market transactions including assignments, participations and securitizations. In addition, Steve advises institutional lenders on loan workouts and restructurings. He also regularly represents private equity real estate funds in acquisition, disposition, financing and joint venture transactions.
