David H. Zemans is the Managing Partner of Milbank’s Asia Practice and a former member of the firm's Global Executive Committee. David is also the Managing Partner of Milbank’s Singapore office. David has been based in Singapore since 1997 and has extensive experience advising clients on many of the largest and most complex corporate, private equity, restructuring, banking, project finance and capital market transactions to have been successfully completed in Asia. Chambers awarded David its “Outstanding Achievement in the Legal Profession Award” and he is consistently ranked as a leading lawyer by legal industry directories and recognized by top legal and financial industry publications.
