Cesareo Singzon

Hong Kong-based associate Cesareo “Ari” Singzon is a member of Milbank’s Global Capital Markets Group and regularly advises issuers and investment banks in a variety of debt, equity and equity-linked capital markets transactions, including Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings, high yield and investment grade debt offerings, initial public offerings, share placements, tender and exchange offers and consent solicitations. His experience spans diverse sectors including real estate, TMT, banking and finance, retail, aviation, power and energy and infrastructure. In addition to his work in the capital markets space, Ari has experience advising on cross-border M&A, private equity, project and corporate finance matters. His practice focuses on Southeast Asia and he has extensive experience in the Philippines. Ari is bilingual in English and Tagalog.
