Career

James Orme is a partner in Milbank’s Singapore office and a member of the firm’s Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group. James has extensive experience advising on cross-border project financings in the oil and gas, LNG, metals and mining, infrastructure, power and renewable energy sectors. In addition to his project finance work, James regularly advises on complex international debt restructurings and leveraged and acquisition financings often with multi-sourced financing arrangements and with multiple tiers of debt. James is a regularly published author in various industry magazines and has spoken at a number of regional conferences. James has also worked in Milbank’s New York and London offices.
