Siddharth Hariani has over 20 years of experience and focuses on general corporate, mergers & acquisitions and investments. He has vast experience in the field of investments in the real estate sector.

He has been advising corporates, funds and investors on mergers and acquisitions and investments in various sectors and focuses on advising real estate funds and developers on investment in the real estate sector. He has advised on various equity and debt transactions in the real estate sector for development of residential projects, hospitality and warehousing. He has also advised corporates, investors and developers on land acquisition, acquisition of development rights, leases etc.

• HDFC Capital Advisors on achieving exit from its equity and debt investments.

• Runwal Group on structuring for the purpose of providing exits to marquee funds such as GIC etc.

• HDFC Capital Advisors on various equity and debt investments across India.

• Piramal Housing and Capital, Kotak Real Estate, SBI Capital Venture (SWAMIH Fund), JP Morgan Real Estate Fund and IL&FS Real Estate Fund on various debt and equity investments and conducting due diligence of land across India.

• Indospace and Sandvik Asia Limited on acquisition and sale of land for warehousing and logistics.

• Real estate developers such as Godrej Properties, Runwal Group and Mahindra Lifespaces on various land acquisition, development agreements etc.

• Deutsche Bank on acquisition of lease of areas in excess of 2,50,000 square feet in Pune, Maharashtra.

• Apraava Energy (CLP India) on joint venture and acquisition of two operating solar power assets from Suzlon Energy. Also advised Apraava Energy on acquisition of various land parcels across India.

• Joulon, an oil and gas platform of KKR, on acquisition in different jurisdictions of 11 companies, including Sara Sae India Private Limited, Harris Pye Engineer Group, Global Offshore, Derrick Services etc.

• Reliance Broadcast Network on sale of its radio business to Zee Entertainment.
