Sharon is a partner in our Silicon Valley office.

Sharon focuses her practice exclusively on executive compensation and remuneration, corporate governance and employee benefits matters. She represents and advises emerging growth and public technology companies on executive compensation, employment and benefits matters, equity compensation plans, corporate governance, executive employment and severance arrangements, insider transaction and restricted securities matters, including in connection with public offering, M&A, venture financing and other corporate transactions. She also represents public company board compensation committees on executive compensation and corporate governance, as well as individual executives in negotiating their employment and separation arrangements. Sharon is a nationally recognized executive compensation attorney, who speaks and writes for various professional organizations.

Sharon has been recognized as a leading employment, benefits and compensation lawyer by Chambers USA, named a Northern California Super Lawyer, and named one of The Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of Employee Benefits Law.
