Trevor is a partner in our Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices.

Trevor provides strategic, practical advice to high-growth companies and investors as they encounter legal and business challenges. He specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies often starting from the moment of inception and continuing through their achievement of scale and, most often, a sale event. Trevor is broadly experienced with corporate formation and governance matters, venture capital financing transactions, and a variety of M&A transaction structures. He represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, consumer hardware, enterprise software, digital health, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and a host of other technology industries. He also represents many of the leading venture funds in their investment transactions in these technology-centered industries. Over the course of his career, Trevor has advised companies on hundreds of venture capital and M&A deals.

Trevor leads the firm’s Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices. Trevor lives in the Bay Area with his wife, two children and dog. He is an avid runner and has a twin brother who is a serial startup entrepreneur.
