Career
Seung Joon Kang represents multinational corporations and large Korean companies in a variety of industry sectors, including semiconductors, medical devices, wholesale and multi-level marketing, duty-free shops, machinery, chemicals, luxury brands, and sporting goods. Having successfully handled numerous cases ranging from customs audits, Advance Customs Valuation Arrangement (ACVA), foreign exchange inspections, criminal investigations to litigations, Mr. Kang has counseled clients in a broad array of key issues arising from these cases, including customs valuation, tariff classification, country of origin, FTA (Free Trade Agreement), foreign exchange regulations, and import/export compliance.
