Sean is a Partner with William Fry Tax Advisors with over 20 years’ experience in advising domestic and international clients on financial services tax matters, including investment management, structured finance, banking, capital markets and private equity. In this field, Sean has advised some of the world’s leading financial institutions and asset management companies.

Sean joined William Fry from a large international corporate law firm, where he was partner and head of their Irish FS tax practice. He was also previously an FS tax partner in another leading Irish law firm.

Sean is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and is also a Chartered Tax Adviser with the Irish Tax Institute.
