Sheila is a Partner in William Fry’s Competition & Regulation Department. She advises on the full range of EU and Irish competition law issues. Her merger control practice includes EU and Irish merger control, including the Irish media merger regime. She also has extensive experience in cartel investigations, distribution agreements, conduct by dominant firms and competition law damages actions. In addition, she advises on State aid, telecoms regulation and EU and Irish public procurement law. She has particular experience of working with clients in the private equity and financial services sectors.
