Lyn is Head of the firm’s New York office and a Partner in our Banking & Finance Department. Lyn has significant experience in advising global financial institutions, private equity firms and corporate clients on a range of domestic and cross border financial transactions, with particular expertise in leveraged finance, acquisition financing, financial restructuring and public takeovers. Lyn originally practised in another large Irish law firm and, prior to joining William Fry, spent over 4 years practising in New York as part of the leveraged finance team of Milbank LLP, with time spent on secondment in New York with Goldman Sachs.
