Jason is a Partner and co-head of William Fry's Banking & Finance Department. He acts for financial institutions, alternative lenders and sponsors on secured and unsecured debt structures, venture debt and technology finance, real estate finance and leveraged finance. He also assists financial institutions with their precedent finance documents, cash pooling products, access to financial market infrastructure, customer concentration analysis, large exposures and related party lending requirements.
