Jarleth Heneghan is a Partner in William Fry's Projects & Construction department. He advises on a mix of both complex contentious and non-contentious major projects, Public Private Partnership (PPPs) and dispute resolution for high profile domestic and international clients, State financial institutions and private developers. He is consistently ranked as a either market leader and leading lawyer by international legal directories and has particular expertise in quantum and time disputes.
Jarleth is a dual qualified UK and Irish lawyer and is also a Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Builder, qualified arbitrator and CEDR/CIArb accredited arbitrator, adjudicator, conciliator and mediator. Jarleth is the lead adviser to Irish Life plc with its construction requirements including its Headquarters development in central Dublin (€140m) and a NAMA-appointed receiver developing the Bolands Quay campus for Google (€300m). He is advising the Department of Environment, Climate & Communications on the roll out of the National Broadband Plan (€>3bn), US medical devices company Edwards Lifesciences on construction of existing and new manufacturing facilities (€>160m), and EirGrid on its emergency power generation requirements (€>350m). He has further advised Allied Irish Banks plc on various accommodation and social and affordable housing developments.
Fellow of RICS and SCSI, Fellow of CIArb and practising arbitrator. Chartered Member of CIOB, CEDR qualified mediator.
