Sean assists clients on a broad spectrum of matters ranging from complex high value financial proceedings following divorce to disputes in relation to children. Having previously worked at a top tier London firm Sean joined Stevens & Bolton in 2018.

Sean advises unmarried families on the consequences of a relationship breakdown and is instructed on pre and post nuptial agreements, often with an international element.

He also has a particular specialism in advising third parties wishing to protect assets subject to matrimonial disputes including Trustees and has dealt with complex matters on this issue including a reported case in the Court of Appeal. His experience in this niche area is a real asset to clients.
